We offer a hassle-free return process for your orders.
Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
How to Return
1. Contact Us

- Subject: Return Request + Order Number
2. Get Instructions - We’ll send return shipping details and a return authorization (RA) number.
3. Ship Items Back - Include the RA number in the package.
- Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless due to a product defect).
4. Refund Processing - PayPal orders: Refunded to your PayPal account within 5 work days of receiving the item.
- Large orders (bank transfer): Contact info@xuchengyu.com for refund arrangements.
Exceptions
- Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for return.
- For defective/wrong items, contact us for a free return label.
