We offer a hassle-free return process for your orders.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to Return

• Subject: Return Request + Order Number
  2. Get Instructions
• We’ll send return shipping details and a return authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship Items Back
• Include the RA number in the package.
• Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless due to a product defect).
  4. Refund Processing
• PayPal orders: Refunded to your PayPal account within 5 work days of receiving the item.
• Large orders (bank transfer): Contact info@xuchengyu.com for refund arrangements.

Exceptions

• Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for return.
• For defective/wrong items, contact us for a free return label.
